meets the prescribed Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emission
standard for carpets. To achieve credit points all carpets used in
the project must be in accordance with the prescribed standard.

project in obtaining maximum IEQ-11 credits (carpets) for using no
carpet an meeting VOC emission standards.
