Mat-3 Note 1: Re-use of Structure
Product is likely to encourage and recognize the re-use of
existing structures to reduce new material consumption. To achieve
credit points, design needs to be demonstrated that at least 50% of
the existing major structure by gross building volume can be
re-used.
This product may assist a future project in obtaining this
credit, as product may contribute in re-use a new structure at the
end of its life, in accordance with the prescribed
requirements.
