Man-5 Note 1: Building Users' Guide
To obtain these credit points the project must implement a
Building Users' guide for the building users, occupants and tenants
and available to the owner that is simple and easy to use, and a
BMG which provides guidance on assessing and maintaining services
and fabrics. This guide must be developed by the design team and
available to the owner(s) or manager.
Product may contribute individually or in combination with
other products/systems in facilitating the following - Building
Information Technology Systems and communication for Monitoring and
Targeting, Building Services and Materials and Waste Policy for the
Building Users' Guide.
