Tra-2 Note 1: Car Parking
To obtain these credit points a project must limit facilities
provided for cars. Credit points are achieved when car parking
spaces are provided are a percentage less than maximum local
planning allowances in accordance with the prescribed requirements,
or where on local planning allowances exist the project must meet
specified car park spaces calculated per number of bedrooms per
apartment in accordance with prescribed requirements.
Product may assist individually or in combination with other
products in providing line marking, bollards, traffic control
devices for car parking.
