IEQ-5 Note-1: Thermal Comfort
Product is likely to assist in the achievement of credit points
as it contributes to a high level of thermal comfort. Points are
awarded where ceiling fans are provided for 95% of all apartments,
of where the average heating and cooling load is less than
30MJ/m2 calculated using NatHERS second generation
software.
Product may contribute individually or in combination with
other products/systems in providing one of the following - ceiling
fans suitable for residential use or an energy efficient product
which helps achieve the 30MJ/m2 target.
