IEQ-2: Air Change Effectiveness
Product is likely to assist in a project obtaining credits
individually or in combination with other products/systems as it
helps meet Air Change Effectiveness (ACE) for 95% of the GLA
through Naturally Ventilated Spaces, Mechanically Air-Conditioned
and Mechanically Assisted Naturally Ventilated Spaces in accordance
with ASHRAE 129-1997 or Mixed-Mode Ventilated Spaces individually
meet the criteria above in accordance with prescribed requirements,
or where the nominated area achieves Deemed-to-Satisfy
Criteria.
The credit is not applicable where the non-industrial occupied
space is less than 2.5% of the nominated area of the GLA up to
500m2, or where there is no non-industrial occupied space.
