To obtain these credit points the project must implement a
Building Users' guide for by the building owner and residents to
enable users to optimise the building environmental performance.
This guide must include the following information - Energy and
Environmental Strategy, Monitoring and Targeting, Building
Services, Transport Facilities, Materials and Waste Policy,
Expansion/Re-fit Considerations, and References and Further
Information.
Product may contribute individually or in combination with
other products/systems in facilitating transfer of knowledge for
Building Information Technology Systems and communication for
Monitoring and Targeting, Building Services and Materials and
Waste Policy for the Building Users' Guide.
