Aquacell Blackwater and Greywater
treatment systems for water re-use. Suitable for residential,
commercial and industrial use.
Aquacell Blackwater and Greywater treatment systems are
designed to treat non-potable water with different techniques
including screening, biological treatment, ultra filtration, UV
disinfection, TDS, nutrient removal and chlorination. The re-use of
treated water for non-potable applications includes:
- landscaped areas irrigation
- flushing toilets
- water features
- cooling tower applications
- car washing
Manufacturer claims that the
Aquacell system can:
- reduce on-site water consumption by up to 90 per cent (with
on-site re-use)
- reduce the hydraulic impact of a development on a local
municipal sewer
Aquacell offers two product ranges
including;
Aquacell G
- Greywater treatment system is designed to treat water
that typically comes from laundries and bathrooms and is designed
to remove contaminants including soaps, detergents, hair and other
common greywater contaminants.
Aquacell S -
Blackwater treatment system is designed to treat water that
typically is sourced from toilets or water systems which are
contaminated with water discharged from toilets.
Both systems can be retrofitted to existing
plumbing systems or can be designed into the plumbing of a new
building.
