AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is currently delivering its $4.3 million contract
to supply the biggest green roof in Australia for the Victorian
Desalination Project near Wonthaggi.
The project will generate employment in the local area, where
Fytogreen will employs local staff. Plant cuttings and seed
collection are based on provenance criteria, whereby all species
are indigenous to the local environment.
The green roof forms part of the desalination plant's
sophisticated roof system, designed to blend the plant into the
landscape, provide acoustic protection, corrosion resistance,
thermal control and reduced building maintenance.

AquaSure, with Thiess Degrémont as the design and construction
